WINEMAKERS NOTES: Colour - Dark red with purple hue. Aroma - Blackcurrant and spiced plum aromas, complexed  by chocolate and vanilla. Palate - Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Superbly fruited with cumin, olive, and dark cocoa.  Multi-layered with finely grained vanillin oak and a graceful finish. Matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 30 months.  Sealed with QORK. Cellar - At its best: now to 2038. Fruit - 65% Cabernet Sauvignon | 35% Shiraz from the Barossa.
