Our carefully balanced integration of modern technology with traditional distillation exemplifies our approach to vodka craftsmanship. Every step of the process is carried out in house, from milling the grain to fermentation and distillation, so we can control the quality to the highest level at every stage of our vodka production. Seacliff Vodka is made completely from locally grown barley. The farmer is a good friend of ours, so we have complete traceability from the sowing of the seed, right up to bottling and labeling. The result is an eloquently smooth vodka ready to be shared.
Grain to glass
The fermentation is carried out cold, similar to a lager beer. This process takes much longer than traditional vodka fermentation but results in a delicious taste.
