This wine is made from premium, single vineyard grapes grown in the cool climate of Eden Valley. The vines are hand pruned and the grapes hand-picked. It has a sensational purple colour, alluring, plummy, pepper and spice aromas with just a hint of vanillin oak. It has delightful, rich, smooth flavours with a tight, grippy finish that really lingers.
