Purple Soul 'Anchor of Oceanus' McLaren Vale Shiraz

Named after the Greek Titan god of River Okeanos, Oceanus, our Shiraz is bold and only for the brave. Deep and concentrated red fruits and coconut oak on the nose are accompanied by a full and rich mouthfeel with complex layers of dark plummy fruits, toffee and spice. The flavour is rounded off by a fine minerality. Balanced acidity suggests excellent cellaring potential.

Perfectly paired with: Strong, hard cheese, roast or grilled lamb or a good old-fashioned Aussie barbecue.

Best Serving Condition: Serve at 18 degrees Celsius with at least a half-hour of decanting
