Small batch, limited release, barrel-aged gin

Like earlier batches, Batch 3 has been gently matured in new French oak barrels for just over a year and sits midway between a gin and a whisky. But every batch is different and this one is no exception! Dark, moody and - dare we say it - a little bit sexy, it has a rich deep toffee colour and hints of citrus and caramel on the nose. Juniper and caramel flavours dominate the palate, but you'll also find tantalising whispers of vanilla and spice. A lingering long smooth finish rounds out the experience.
