A fitting match for this Cabernet Shiraz with a firm structural Cabernet backbone opening into a luscious mouthfilling Shiraz mid-palate. Ripe dark berries and supple tannins are well supported by hints of French oak. The fruit was sourced from Wallaroo Vineyard, Canberra District.
