Clyde Mill Preview series Triple Cask 700ml

Long before whisky flowed from Clyde Mill, the valley echoed with the grind of French Burr millstones brought by Edward Nicholas, once turning the region’s first grain into flour. Crème brûlée and burnt butterscotch lead the palate, supported by the subtle structure of lightly charred oak. The profile unfolds into bright accents of cherry plum and candied red gala apple, carrying through with clean, delicate clarity. A final whisper of toasted nutmeg and dusted icing sugar rounds the experience with smooth, luxurious continuity.

A harmonious trio of Bourbon, Apera and Port casks brings depth, balance and quiet intricacy, creating a whisky that is light yet wonderfully layered, shaped by the same craftsmanship that shaped the region’s earliest years.
