Their Bourbon release opens with toasted coconut layered over soft Madagascan vanilla, delivering a creamy sweetness that unfolds with measured grace. Honeyed walnuts follow, adding depth and a gentle nuttiness that harmonises with the cask’s natural warmth. As the palate develops, silky, rounded notes of toffee emerge, before lifting into warm brown spice, balanced with bold oak influence giving structure and texture to the palate.
