The base of our Winter Gin is a specially made gin using orange, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. We we soak a selection of dried fruits, exotic spices and add a dash of honey.
It drinks well neat, with soda or as a hot toddy. We've also put it in custard and used it as a sauce on plum pudding.
