This Shiraz provides a medley of dark fruits and eastern spice on the nose, quickly descending into a balanced palate of black pepper, plums and cherries. Matured in a mix of French oak puncheons and barriques, 35% of which are new. Our focus is a wine of elegance, with soft yet firm tannins and a timeless finish.
