With a total of 3Ha of Riesling planted on the property we are able to select our best grapes for our ‘Family’Riesling. After patiently nurturing the grapes throughout the growing season, the grapes were picked and processed using our water press and othertraditional methods.
The resulting wine exhibits exceptional Eden Valley flavours of citrus blossom, passion fruit and other tropical fruits, with the dry summer giving it a steely structure with high natural acid.
