Old Perth Blended Malt Scotch Whisky PX Edition (Limited Release)

The Old Perth PX Limited Edition blended scotch whisky was initially matured in ex-Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez (PX) sherry casks, before being finished for 15 months in first-fill ex-PX Sherry butts sourced from Bodega José y Miguel Martin. The resulting whisky is rich, chewy and intense.

Total production for this Limited Release was 7,800 bottles, with only a fraction of this number making its way to Australian shores.

Expect a velvety texture with raisings, dates and candied fruits, leading into dark chocolate and cocoa.
