This 13 year old single malt scotch whisky was distilled in 2008 at the Speyside Glen Grant distillery before maturing in select refill bourbon casks for over 11 years, before a 2 year finish in ex Barbados rum casks from the West Indies Rum Distillery.. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5%ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1233 bottles were produced.
Sweet fruits on the nose, with Banana candy and a touch of rose petal. The palate is fully integrated with layers of fruit over biscuity malt. A long more-ish finish.
