This is a Sloe style of gin in that we have followed the process of making a Sloe Gin. Instead of using Sloe berries we have steeped Rosellas (Native Hibiscus Flowers) in Dry Gin for a month with 5% sugar. With an ABV of 30% this unique gin can be enjoyed over ice. It is also lovely when mixed with ginger ale.
