Lemon Myrtle is without a doubt the most popular of Australia’s native herbs, with its fresh fragrance of creamy lemon and lime. It has had a long history in the Australian spirit industry, mainly as an unmistakeable addition to any good Australian gin’s botanicals list.

Andrew wanted to really see just how much of the versatile and refreshing taste of lemon myrtle I could extract and infuse with my ultra-pure vodka so it could be used to inspire new cocktail creations and celebrate the amazing native Australian flora.
