'Sea Breeze' is a floral, herbal gin with a salty undertone. Uniquely it has been made with Elderflower and Salt Bush grown in our hometown of Braidwood. This gin opens with delicate floral notes of the Elderflower which is complimented with light aromas of herbal component of the Salt Bush. In the palate reveals the sweet citrus flavour, with a salty finish.
