The Exile is a smooth, traditional white spirit handcrafted from local NSW barley and oats. They use a specific mashbill exclusively for their poitin, which is milled & brewed on site, then slowly triple-distilled in their handmade copper pot stills. Only a very small heart cut is taken, then gently mixed with pure harvested rainwater down to 50% abv, which is what makes The Exile Poitin such a smooth and complex dram - perfect on its own, over ice, or as an exciting variation in your favourite whiskey cocktails.
