Fine fruit tannin and poised natural acidity bring continuity and structure to a seamless palate laced with flavours of lime zest, grapefruit and subtle honeycomb, culminating in a pure finish.
This wine has already shown it will continue to develop further in the bottle for the next 5-8 years.
