Sourced from selected Indian barley grown in the frontier states of Punjab and Rajasthan and the wild flowing waters from the mountains, Amrut Single Malt is a wonderful addition to the world of whisky. 20 years of research has to not only met the standards of great traditional whisky, but exceeded them. Aged in selected oak barrels, this single malt displays a nose of anise and sweet vanilla with a touch of toffee and charred honeycomb. The palate brings with it a richness normally associated with the very best Scotch Whisky and leaves you with flavours of molasses and cream toffee balanced with a subtle dryness to finish.
