This 9 year-old scotch whisky was distilled in 2012 at the Speyside Dailuaine distillery. The whisky was fully matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1013 bottles were produced.
The nose is bright orchard fruits with citrus peels, varnish and vanilla notes. An oily palate screams 'Dailuaine', with more orchard fruits (ripe yellow peaches) and orange rind, along gentle nutmeg spice and vanilla. A long warming finish with fruits lasting
