Ultimatum's nose is that of richness. The use of French Oakseasones with wine is apparent and the nose builds with intensity the longer you sit with it.
The whisky hints red fruits and pot/fortified wine top notes but underlying all this is oak. As the whisky opens the experience moves towards caramel-toffee notes.
The mouthfeel of Ultimatum is bold and richly expressive. It is fruity with a heap of citrussy flavours wating to be discovered.
