It is bright lemon straw in colour with a fine bead. Aromas of yellow fruits, straw and dried herb with some subtle toasty notes lead to a soft, layered and rich palate with a creamy mousse, a generous core of stonefruit and citrus, hints of yeast autolysis and mouth-watering length.
