East Pole Classic Dry Gin features that telltale hit of Juniper which brings lifted pine notes, freshness and a subtle hint of spice, it's the backbone we use for the other botanicals to lean on. Licourice root gives texture and a more woody style aroma and locally grown coriander seeds bring lifted spice and some citrus, brighter notes to the gin. The use of Angelica and Orris roots bring their own special something and complements the distinctive character of our gin.
The twist to this classic gin style uses whole lemons in the basket to bring a gorgeous, fresh citrus hit to the gin vapours on their final pass through the still.
