Vikki has created a lovely drink-now style of Durif with classic deep purple colour, rich morello cherry and dark chocolate flavours with earthy undertones. Perfectly paired with dark red meats - roast venison, barbecued cowboy's cutlet - and earthy vegetables like roast beetroot and caramelised onion.
