East Pole Mid Strength Kakadu Plum Gin 700ml 22.3%

Kakadu plum is a unique, native ingredient which is incredibly tart in its natural form. Once the still is up and running, the distillery fills with aromas of stewed apples and jasmine. Fresh mango is a great partner to the kakadu plum and we use coconut for a subtle, natural sweetness and texture on the palate. We then add a small amount of Lemon Myrtle which elevates the tropical notes and provides a distinctive eucalypt and lemony hit to the gin.
