Dry Fly Bourbon 101 was the first legal bourbon ever made in the state of Washington! It features a 55% corn (grown by our local Hutterian Settlement) and 45% triticale mash bill. This is the first Bourbon weve ever seen with this mashbill. Aged in 53-gallon barrels for a minimum of 4 years, it has strong corn forward notes balanced nicely with the light spice of the Triticale. At 101 proof it is dangerously sippable!
