This malty amber lager is a throwback to the kind of beer historically served at Oktoberfest prior to the relatively recent takeover of light lagers. Made entirely of light and dark Munich malt, hopped with Hallertau Blanc, and fermented with traditional German lager yeast. Expect plenty of baked bread, biscuit, and brown sugar flavour, rich toffee aroma, and a clean crisp finish that leaves you longing for the next stein. Próst! Pairs well with eggplant schnitzel.
