This new Sparkling Pinot Noir produced from our own grown Pinot Noir this year is fermented in the traditional way and then bottled with a small amount of residual sweetness which then creates the bubbles in the wine. The bottle comes with a crown seal which can be easily removed and you will find a harmless residue in the bottle which is the spent yeast. This sparkling wine is a beautiful example of an old fashioned technique and the French call it PETILLANT NATUREL. It has lovely strawberry and cherry flavours and dances on the tongue.
