This special release commenced its maturation in 2018 in cask 007, an ex-Heaven Hill 200L Bourbon barrel. In 2021 the spirit was transferred for finishing in Australian botrytis semillon cask 147. Brought to you at full cask strength, non-chill filtered, in all its glory. Light honey colour, lovely warming malt and honey nose. To taste, deliciously sweet, vanilla icing and butter cake, banana split and roasted macadamias. With water, lime and ginger acidity.
