Vineyard The fruit was sourced from Moppity Vineyard and was picked late March at around 14 be.
Winemaking After picking, the fruit was crushed and destemmed into open top fermenters, where a warm even fermentation took place. Once pressed the wine was transferred to a mixture of 1-3 year old French oak barriques for maturation.
Cellaring Though drinking beautifully now, this fine wine will gain further complexity and interest over the next 5-8 years.
