This is a fortified wine, consisting of multiple varieties from multiple vintages including late harvested Shiraz, Tempranillo and Merlot, fortified with brandy spirit. Dark berries and caramel chocolate notes.

Process: Handpicked, pressed, de-stemmed and fermented on skins, barrel aged, part fermented and fortified with brandy spirit
Alcohol: 18% (5.3 standard drinks)
Quantity: limited release

Food: Chocolate pudding, sticky date pudding
