When your younger sister turns 40 and heads off down the coast to celebrate, you need to do something special to mark the occasion. I usually struggle to come up with ideas for these things but Lou loves Ginger Beer and I happen to make some so this one was pretty straightforward! We took fresh ginger and blended it with additional fruit including pineapple and orange to give it a tropical kick for the perfect summer cocktail. Hoppy 40th and Happy Drinking Lou!
