OurÂ Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from premium Coonawarra vineyardsÂ surrounding the winery.
Fruit was fermented to dryness on skins. Following pressing, clarification and blending, the wine was matured in French oak hogsheads for 12 months prior to bottling.
Try with a chorizo and pepperoni pizza, vegetarian lasagne, a slow cooked Ragu or even a paella.
