The Overeem Sherry Cask Matured Single Malt Whisky is a deep bright brass, golden colour.
On the nose are hints of chocolate ice-cream, citrus, hay, vanilla, rum soaked dried fruits, barley sugar, butter menthol, cinnamon and Christmas cake. The palate is a mixture of chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, hay, grass, stewed stone fruits and roasted nuts. The finish is sightly charred nuts and sherry infused dried fruits. Bottled at 43% ABV.
