Elegant aromas evoke a striking dark chocolate note, red fruit jam, along with wild dark berries and fruit such as black berry as well as marasca cherry, enriched by a light spiciness. These features are also well balanced on the palate with plum and sour cherry flavours evolving into a hint of dark chocolate.
Dry, warm and velvety, with ripe tannins supported by a good alcoholic note.
